Return and Exchange Policy

At Zivee, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every piece you purchase. If something is not quite right, we are here to help. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:

Returned within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date

Unworn and unwashed

Free of odor, makeup, deodorant, or any staining

In original condition with all tags still attached

Accompanied by the original order confirmation or proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase

Swimwear and intimates (for hygiene reasons)

Items purchased during promotional flash sales

Gift cards
3. Return Options
Zivee offers the following options for eligible returns:
Store Credit
Customers may receive store credit equal to the full purchase price of the returned item (excluding original shipping fees). Store credit is issued as a digital code with no expiration date and can be used on any future Zivee purchase.
Exchange
Customers may exchange an eligible item for a different size or color of the same product, subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.
Note: Zivee does not offer cash or card refunds at this time. All approved returns are resolved through store credit or exchange only.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Email tbarksdale@ziveellc.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.

Step 2: Our team will review your request and respond within 1 to 2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

Step 3: Securely package your item(s) and include your RA number on the outside of the package. Ship to the address provided in your return instructions.

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3 to 5 business days of receipt), we will issue your store credit or process your exchange.
Important: Do not ship items back without first obtaining a Return Authorization number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Zivee error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Zivee is not responsible for packages lost in transit during the return process.
For defective or incorrect items: Zivee will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to the customer.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at tbarksdale@ziveellc.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right promptly with a replacement, exchange, or store credit at no additional cost to you.
7. Processing Timeframe

Return request response: 1 to 2 business days after email submission

Return inspection: 3 to 5 business days after we receive the package

Store credit issuance or exchange processing: within 2 business days of inspection completion
8. Policy Updates
Zivee reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage customers to review this policy periodically.
