Thank you for shopping with Zivee! We want to make sure your order reaches you smoothly, so please review the details below before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second email with tracking information once it ships.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. During launches, promotions, or holiday periods, processing may take slightly longer, and we will do our best to keep you updated if delays occur.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. The exact cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase, so there are never any surprises.

Delivery Estimates

Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Zivee is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to international addresses at this time, but we hope to expand in the future. Sign up for our emails to be the first to know when new shipping destinations become available.

Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes for certain carriers. If your address presents a delivery issue, we will contact you using the email provided at checkout.

Order Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Once your package is on its way, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Zivee is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@livezivee.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot make changes once a package has left our hands.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Zivee is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery. If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors, household members, or your building's front desk or mailroom.

  • Waiting 24 to 48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before they arrive.

  • Contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and the item, and we will work with you to make it right. For more information, please see our Return and Exchange Policy.
